2024 Discounted Admission and Parking Permits

Passes will be available for pickup starting August 12.
Parent, Leader, Adviser, Sibling passes and parking permits will only be available by completing this form with payment in full by the deadline. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES.

Parking permits are $35 each. Max allowed is two (2) total per family. Each family is able to purchase one (1) Fairway or one (1) Horse but not both. A Fairway pass can be swapped out for a Horse pass or visa versa depending on your camping location and availability of the pass. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please be sure the order form is accurate before submitting. No additions or deletions will be allowed. Only one pass form per family will be processed. Thank You.

PASS PICK-UP DATES
Passes may be picked up from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, 8/12/24 to Friday, 8/16/24, at the Fair Office or Saturday, 8/17/23 to Monday, 8/19/24 between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. at the Fair Office on the fairgrounds.
