Carson Chavez graduated from Kennewick High School and Columbia Basin College in June of 2023. While he has been dually enrolled as a high school student and running start student, Carson has averaged a GPA of 3.6 or better. In August, he will be attending Washington State University in Pullman to earn an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology. After receiving his undergraduate degree, he plans to transfer out of state to earn his PhD in Physical Therapy. While enrolled at CBC, he focused his educational career on preparing for PT school. While in high school, Carson played soccer for Three Rivers Soccer Club at the ECNL level. From the age of 9, he has been raising high quality pork in a farm to table model where he has competed all over Eastern Washington showing pigs at fairs and winning multiple awards. Carson was a 4-H member until high school and then joined FFA, where he found success as a leader in his chapter.
